>>5381489>>5381494>>5381500Calling for the blessing of the undines, you take note of the ridiculous amount of humidity that came with the foggy air and the ocean by your side. Hoping to control the spirits of the water by feeding them as much power as you could, you attempt to freeze part of the shore where the crocodiles arose from their hiding in plain sight.
Unfortunately, you have yet to fully master the undines and their powers, combined with Schierke's warning of the spirits and the loss of ego when feeding into their thirsts proves to be a lot more than you could swallow.
"UGH!" The trident nearly flies off your hand as it extends and bends in several directions, skewering and impaling through several of the scaly fighters as they were frozen solid. A large portion of the sea turned into a walkable, frozen pond.
The coldness of the air was felt by you the most, as your body temperature dropped to the point where it hurt to move your fingers, taking a look at the wounded gash of an arm you have stuck on the crocodile's maw, you felt a lack of movement from your arm as you saw it completely frozen inside the remote controlled animal.
"Uh, Vlad?! Nice going there, you can stop flexing your skills now!" Puck nervously watched the undines disperse into their deep blue familiars, preventing any additional enemies from presenting themselves onto the battlefield, but also keeping you stuck in place as the wild elementals ignored your pleads to return to normalcy.
"I ain't the one doing this!" You complained about the trident being perhaps too effective in this area, to the point of being nearly uncontrollable.
"I got you, Bean dude!" Isidro takes hold of the salamander dagger to reheat your arm back to safety before the freezing could do any permanent damage. Begging for him to do it fast without melting your arm was a given, but there still remained the other pishacas who were still hiding in the fog.
"And here I thought I would never get a chance to shine!" Rolling and tumbling enough times to look like he was permanently curled into a ball, Isidro's precise strikes with Morgan's shortsword and Schierke's dagger makes him an effective multitasker. Dual wielding his weapons to slash and burn all of his incoming threats while keeping his berries around to buy you time until you were set free.
"Seems like they synergize as well as fire and ice..." The blue elf shrugs while lighting the way for the others to pass and find a way to safety.
"Found the ones in charge of this! I'd start shooting, but I can't see a damn thing!" Hyde spots a few magicians hiding at the cliffside.
"I'm on my way." Serpico gently glides away from the wild beast's range, leaving you and Isidro to keep it together until then.
>Attempt to regain control of the trident.>Astral project and cover Isidro with your soul doubles.>Strike at the frozen crocodile to regain some movement.>Advise Isidro on what to do and let him handle this by himself. >Something else.
