While I probably won't make drastic changes to the main structure, I am very much open to customizing doodads/coloring/text/hull decals based on what you guys want (within reason).
Here are some sample color schemes I put together, but you are free to propose/vote on any color scheme you like (within reason - I will veto extremely ugly/eye-searing designs).
