>>5168082As you walk forwards, making your way through the crowd, you remain mostly unnoticed, even with your noblelike attire, making your way past the red and white cloaks, half decayed servitors and many other regular crewmen, you arrive at the gates, where a scruffy looking man stands on a crate which reads "This side up" with the arrow pointing downwards, shouting orders at the others. Real classy...
"Move those damn Servitors, we have a schedule to keep! No, the rations go ON top of the ammo so they don't get squished like that brain of yours! Blazing fucking throne, I would have less of a troublesome time commanding Ogryns than you red hooded cunts!"
As he lets out his last shout, he finally notices you, standing about a foot away from him as he bends downwards, particles spit flying into your face as he speaks.
"And who might you be, standing here with your cock in your hands? You one of the courtesans? I'll be taking a handy once this is loaded in thank YOU very much!"
You ignore the bits and pieces of spit on your face as you bring your hand to your mouth to clear out your throat. As you do so, he notices the ring on your finger, his eyes opening wider than the doors behind him as he freezes, still bent over and unable to move. You can red his reaction clear as day, but seeing how this man appears to know logistics better than manners, he should prove himself useful.
"I see you know who I am. Good. And by the way, the box you are standing on? It's upside down."
His eyes gander downwards at the writing as he slowly steps off, motioning one of the crew to carry it away. As the crewmember does so, he fixes up his coat, extending his hand for a handshake.
"Lavie Revvinari, a pleasure to meet you personally Captain!"
He tries to brush off the rudeness that happened just a few moments ago, acting almost like a childhood friend. His posture is not that of a soldier or of a noble and he is not trying to hide that fact at all. Even with all of the commanding and shouting, the man looks like he didn't break a sweat at all. Looks like whoever this guy is, you'll have to deal with him. You do have a million questions after all.
Pick two.
