“Allow me to explain, Yu Yan, Deborah!” Nariko clears her throat before starting her lesson. You notice she’s not a bad teacher at all, but you think it’s because she’s used to helping Yu Yan with her studies. Both Yu and Debbie have their full attention on the charismatic pianist.
That aside, the new information you got cannot go unaddressed. Because it really pisses you off, but something about the interaction didn’t leave you filled with rage. Just deep indignation and a sense for retribution. You tell your sister that you must have a serious talk at a later date!
“O.K.!” Amelia agrees with no issues. The poor soul has no clue of the magnitude of what you know.
“Anyway, I think we should leave the bandmates to figure things out.” You want to excuse yourself for now. “And take this kitty, home.” You point at Neko.
“D-Don’t call me a kitty, prick.” Neko hisses.
The rest of the idol group shows up from backstage. They were confused as to why Nariko ran off.
“T-T-T-Thanks for e-everything, J-Johnny.” Ajna appears to express her gratitude for what you’ve done today, and pats your head. She heard what you were saying on her way here, but more importantly, she can sense something wrong with you.
“Johnny, I’ll see you at the apartment.” Ruby caresses your arm with a tender smile. And she doesn’t think she’s lewd…
“Wait a moment, Nariko!” Debbie walks off the hobo’s presentation of the immaterial world of psychic connections. “Johnny! I must congratulate you for the wonderful job you’ve done today! I cannot believe you managed to gather such a brilliant group of talented musicians here. Thank you!”
“It’s noth—“
“I really mean it!” Debbie interrupts you. She’s too awkward. “Thank you!”
“Sit down, blouse biscuits. We have work to do! We gotta decide on our sound!” Yu Yan calls her over. “And Stud, have a good night! Sweet dreams and all that good stuff!”
“Dear Johnny, thank you again for helping me find my memento once again.” Nariko really loves that she has her keyboard back!
“I’m glad I could help, everyone. But this is just the beginning! Now, uh, bye!” You wave them off. Debbie’s awkwardness is contagious. Something about seeing their joy quenches the ire in your heart for a fleeting moment.
“You girls know I’m leaving too, right?” Neko feels ignored.
“Oh!” The new band all act apologetically and say their goodbyes to Neko AND Ame. Your sister wants to make sure you don’t appear dead in the middle of the street. So you three will be waiting outside for Neko’s ride.
