>>6061847I actually didn't know shit about Shaft when I wrote that write-in, I just investigated it on wikipedia because of the other anon, saw Richard Roundtree was an "action hero of black people" that changed perception of them and wrote a paragraph about it lol.
I appreciated the roll-less system because in one of your previous quests the Odalisque I felt like we were constantly balancing on the verge of death, like you roll 1 on 1d6 = YOU DIE, it gave every decision a great weight but felt unfair I guess. I like systems where you roll bad multiple times = you die, but there are opportunities to be clever and take reasonable risks.
