That's when you see the emerald suited Android begin to panic upon realizing how badly this situation is playing out for him.
"OH? WELL let's see what you have there. SURELY this is something worthy of my attention."
The whole crowd of drones is now enraptured by what's unfolding. You can't even detect any thoughts via MIND READ. They're all simply focused on what Daquan and, by proxy them, are going to see.
The android lunges at you in an attempt to snatch the folder out of your hands. While he's not that fast he has the desperation of a man who has everything to lose if that folder is shown. You keep dodging his attempts to grab the folder but now, he has put himself in the way of you and Mr. Daquan.
"YOU'RE NOT SHOWING ANYTHING YOU FUCKING BITCH! GIVE ME THAT FOLDER!"
"H-HEY!" You just need a moment of distraction to get the folder to Mr. Daquan. That's all you need.

You manage to slip right through the gaps but as you do, a hand grabs onto your coat's hood. All you need to do is to break out of his grasp to get the folder over.
"GIVE ME-"

A loud metallic CRASH rings through the quiet City Hall. You can catch in the corner of your eye that Clover landed a pretty nasty punch on the android's face to get him away from you.
You take this moment to toss the folder over to Daquan who easily catches it in his normal hand. You turn to see if Clover is okay. Him and the Android are now duking it out in a pretty sloppy grapple match that is quickly ended when the android smashes his head into Clover's nose.
Clover stumbles with fresh blood dribbling from his nose but with a deep breath, his new implant heals off all of the damage he took.

The Android is still desperately changing after you but Max of all people manages to get in the way. She's shoved to the side and smashes pretty hard against Kiara, though, but it's too late for him to do anything.

Three Drones step out from the crowd to finally hold the Android in place while Daquan flips through the folder. He's taking his time reading it but with every page he flips through and every picture he sees, his eye gets wider and wider. He doesn't believe what he's seeing at all but the evidence is too much for him to ignore.
"BRIBERY? KILLING TWO OF MY OFFICERS AND ONE OF <span class="mu-s">MY AUDITORS?</span>" Oh, he's fucking pissed. "TRYING TO BLAME THOSE ON A GROUP OF INNOCENT PEOPLE-"
An ear-piercing static blares throughout the City Hall's lobby, forcing everyone to cover their ears or to squirm away from the Android. The android takes this chance to make a break for it.
You're not letting him escape!
