The following situation has been brought to the attention of our Deputy. Details are short.
[b:lit]- Situation is reported to be in the Warrens of Siegesia, the old country. The entire region is a hotbed for underground and rural activity of the Khanate due to its relative barren countryside. Heer Regiments routinely employ the expertise of military Chaplains to venture into the old country to root out occult activity.
- The situation concerns the Fu Dogs. There exists a large refugee community of Fu Dogs in Siegesia's old country that calls the Warrens home. They are the largest trace of civilization in the area and under the protection of the Reich.
- The community is attempting to gather for a mass. Our sources tell us that the Fu Dogs are attempting to accomplish the summoning of a custom made deity through an animistic ritual. We surmise they are attempting to create a Kami, like those of old Yongesian legend. Reasons unknown.
- The Fu Dogs are using an empathic method, and their emotional anger as fuel for the ritual. This is the part that particularly unnerves us. It has "Khanate meddling" written all over it.
- Lastly, the knowledge on Kami creation is veritably lost thanks to the World Kingdom's purges of non-approved material. This is the part that stumps us. Who in the world taught the Fu Dogs how to replicate that lost knowledge?[/b:lit]
