<span class="mu-b">Your attacks next round will be at -20% accuracy until you have closed distance on your opponents. They will not suffer such a penalty but cannot use their LASERs to fire.
They will also likely move sectors to remain evasive. You will need to fire any sector dependent weapons (LASERs, EMP) at the one they <span class="mu-s">end</span> their round in to have a chance of hitting. </span>
