Even if you aren't the thing in the title, it has significance by nature nevertheless, even if the terms are relatively simple. Or, you can go off of something important in setting, or something unique to the character, or a macguffin. A title doesn't need to be the most unique thing ever, it just needs to not be either irrelevant shite or taking the piss, and it ought to convey what it's about without going off track. Basically, you shouldn't be able to get distracted whilst reading the title.
Don't overthink it. It's something so easy to do that the only place I've seen it fucked up are in shitty LNs.
