Maelstroms. Water spouts. High tides. Lightning storms. Flooding. Six inches of precipitation every hour. Wind gusts up to four hundred and ninety knots. All this and more, currently raging in the Grand Strait.
The entire stretch of the South Opaltic Ocean completely under devastation. The sea was a fury, and the sky was a hazard. Why, oh why, Shennu? What has made you so mad this time? So very angry...? I pondered this question as I stared at the monitor showing the radar of the intense weather from the Command Center for a while, astonished to find that so unnatural and tremendous was Shennu's rage that even our satellite was incapable of properly measuring the extent of it. We were even getting blockage on signals...
Later, we found out something terrible. There was a feedback on the Nous Radar, a recording of a pattern left behind that was seemingly gibberish. However, it was something I could read. It had been transmitted by Shennu's thoughts from her signature on the radar prior to the outbreak of this fury.
Shennu was visited upon by the Wind Guide, Cricket Feet, bearing a message from the Trinity. From Lord Sarakha, her ears only. Whatever it was, half an hour after the fact, Shennu's thoughts almost went blank. That was where the rage began. Now, she's spiraled out of control.
If she's left to rage like this, then the fury of the Rapids she's kicked up will become too much, too unstable, and it's already the most intense storm ever recorded. In fact, the intensity of her fury was already rising... They estimated in an hour, the amount of whirlpools and water spouts will have tripled, along with the lightning and flooding. Six inches of rain an hour increases to thirty inches an hour. The shores will be battered by tsunamis soon. Even longer than that? It's possible Shennu could trigger a great flood with megatsunamis and put all of Hainei's land underwater!
We had to stop her, before someone else takes action, so I ventured out with Wolfboy.
We went to the Grand Strait to bring her back to her senses.
Before it's too much...
Before it's too late...
