>>5185463>>5185464>>5185472>>5185488"So do you eat fruit or do I transfer my Od to you? I may be a halfling but I never dealt with a normal elf before." You explain your uncertainty on how to proceed.
"Oh, really? I didn't know you could do that. I think I could use the Od transfer, but if you're afraid of giving me a sugar rush, I can just take care of him the natural way."
"Alright then, There are some apples on the back, have a nice meal." You point to a few pots of food you have on the caravan.
"Aye aye! Guts, can you move out of his back for a bit? The doctor wants to begin his examination!"
"Huh? Yeah, let me just..." Guts lets go of your horse, but ends up falling backwards straight to the wall of your moving home. Thankfully he managed to hold onto the carriage with the last of his strength.
"What a klutz! Give me a minute here, will ya?"
Puck shouts from way down back, luckily not being crushed under his weight. Hopefully he can eat fast enough for you to escape your foes...
"There he is! Follow the carriage!" Farnese's voice echoes behind you as you barely have enough time to put your helm back on.
"Where is the Black Swordsman?"
"Probably hiding inside. Aim for the horse! They won't be able to escape without him."
As skilled as Gunpowder is, dodging trees and arrows while carrying so much weight is a bit too taxing for him. Thankfully due to the knights miserable aim, only a few arrows make it to the back of your portable hiding spot. You just hope none of them take Puck down.
"It's not too late to surrender, Sir Knight. Give me back the Black Swordsman and I assure you that I'll let you go with your life." Farnese attempts to negotiate some terms, not knowing that she'd kill you anyway once your face was revealed.
Farnese might have been trained to be the leader of the holy iron chain knights, but if the other kids are anything to go by, she's probably nowhere near in strength as Guts, Serpico or Azan. Overpowering her and the few followers she has right now would be easy, but that would probably enrage the others still making their way to the forest. Others that are a lot stronger, mind you.
Surrendering sounds like the easiest way to end this ordeal, but Guts still hasn't given you all the info you want...
>Surrender Guts to Farnese.>Split from Gunpowder and fight Farnese on foot.>Hope your carriage can outrun the knights.>Zig-zag around the forest until they lose themselves inside the woods.
