You turn back to see Nilo motioning toward the west. You glance through the limited openings to catch her targets frantically crawling in the direction of the clearing after the attack. The two panicked flesh creatures with the bony spines on their back sprint to put distance between themselves and the deadly Vampyr. It seems her attack has drawn them out to the open, where they can be seen.
"We can go after the closer one and probably take it out between the two of us, or definitely if all three of us attack." Nilo motions to the flesh creature further south. "But the more of us that go, the more of us open to that thing's attack."
You agree with her reasoning, but then there's also Izurin to worry about if you do charge the flesh beast. On the other hand, if you stay in place, Sayazade should be able to eliminate at least one of the flesh creatures before it has the chance to unleash another barrage. Your current cover should protect against the remaining beast, but then there's still the other lurking cultists to worry about if you don't want to chance dealing with the flesh creature's fearsome barrage.
The Vampyr's crimson eyes focus on the closer of the two flesh creatures, so where will you focus your attention?

Sayazade's attack had the effect of drawing out the flesh creatures in a panic and she turned her sight upon them, but with Sanctuary reinforcements coming you have to weigh the risks of either facing one of the deadly barrages to more quickly open the path for her kin to return, or staying put and standing united against the incoming cultists.
(Sayazade has strengthened after having fed upon the cultist's poor tasting blood.)
