Astamon may have unlocked the ability to fly, but he's still tired and injured. You've had to sacrifice a great deal of time and energy to get the win. You planned to ration your time well, and Doc gave you a particularly good VPN, so you were quite sure that you were going to be on schedule. But now, you're not too sure. The two of you sit atop a building and watch the various skirmishes, paying attention to particularly large explosions, or trying to spot more elite members of the City forces.
Time was not going to be a factor at your previous rate. But now, it might be.

You monitor his vitals on your Digivice screen, but what you see doesn't please you. You have to make a choice before carrying onward.

You'll have enough spare time to deal with all but the most egregious of delays. However, Astamon will not get sufficient time to rest. Taking the full-on electric beam has wounded him badly. The data volume he claimed from his victory hasn't been fully integrated, so he won't be able to fight at peak performance against subsequent enemies.
>You need to rest. Astamon won't be restored to a pristine state either way, but you're deeming him too hurt to stand a chance right now. There are still more enemies to go, and you're assuming that the last few foes will be the strongest. Spend a good amount of time applying repair code to him and letting his injuries seal up on their own. However, once you do this, you'll need to start tracking your minutes, and all subsequent actions will require some level of urgency if you're going to escape before the VPN expires.
