Do you think this format could work? Or is it too much effort coming up with weapon description write-ins, as well as allocating the probabilities? Originally I also had some idea for making a huge vector of rolls for weapon attributes like range recoil reload/heat dissipation etc etc. It may all just be too much effort.
Anyway, here is another cool gun that became available on the gunrunner market! Maybe it was some plasma cannon blown off the mecha juggernaut by Lynx earlier and retrieved by scavengers.
