This is a multiplayer quest. Each player will act as a leader for their own community.
There are 3 resources.
Supplies - Food, water, medicine, etc.
Weapons - guns, blades, etc.
Resources - building materials
For each, turn you consume 1 supplies.
You have a free action on your turn. Some action can take longer. Some action can give you more actions. You can attack, trade or ally with other communities.
