No one gets in, and no one gets out. The capital city (and only city), known as "The Mound" is a huge oversized underground bunker. It's said the bunker reaches to the center of the the planet. Outside of The Mound is two Love Empire soldiers. The Love Empire is very protective and supportive of The Hate Empire, and often bring food to The Mound to make sure The Hate Empire can keep themselves sustained.
