Dinoservitors servitors, having regular test tube human war servitors replaced near entirely with improved Ogryn variants and specific war prisoners/criminals, xeno servitor units like dark Eldar assassin models, and possibly even taking dead traitor Astarte and converting them into servitors (assuming the Heresy still gets to that point) various types of other animal and xeno variants, etc
All that and improving on the base human genome where possible. Why should all the other races style on our normies?
Maybe things like vatgrown brains designed to lease full on new automata designs
