A: YesThe Silverfish explore past the bridge. They arrive is a large chamber with a single throne, and a floor of obsidian and crystal. This place is called the Tribunal. It is a site of great antiquity, and possibly the oldest structure in the Great Library. It is said that Thyp-p'tyklpt created the Tribunal to deal with the disputes of the Scribes, and to uphold his right to the secrets of the universe. Past the Tribunal, the path leads to the Emerald Temple, a site of great power and mystery. The Temple is a large chamber, with a wide walkway leading to a large, circular dais. The dais is covered in gems, and is surrounded by a pool of black water, with the gems being reflected in the surface.
Using shells, carapaces, and silk, the insects develop the prototype of a powerful crossbows, based on the model developed by Aristonymos, but with higher structural strength and elastic force.
An army of 500 Silverfish breeders are sent to the northern reaches to battle the undead. The weather is cold and unforgiving. The battle is long and hard. The Silverfish are courageous fighters, and their race fights to the death, even when they have no chance of winning. Their foes are relentless. Those who have higher intelligence know their lord will torture them if they lose. The Silverfish are slaughtered. Thadmancer appears on the battlefield, and laughs evilly. He raises his hands to the sky, invokes the name of the dark gods, and the corpses of the freshly deceased Silverfish rise...

>>5257240The necromancer PTE communes with the most evil souls of sorcerers from hell. With the promise that they can reincarnate as undead, they share forbidden knowledge with him. A hundred meter wide eye appears, floating inside the Great Hall. It is the gaze of the great demon Abaddon, and it leaks tears of blood, which floods the Library. The eye disappears, and PTE loses his mind, his soul trapped in ghastly dreamscapes. After months of wandering about the library, he comes back to his sense, with the knowledge of rift sorcery; the equivalent of decades of studies. He knows this sorcery to be dangerous unnatural, and greatly unreliable.
