Before I put in a vote, I think it's valuable to lay out the situation as far as the enemy sees it so we can try and plan around them.
Firstly, even though they can't cross any longer, we shouldn't discount the dudes across the river. They can still shoot, even the arquebusiers, and without the bridge, they have no fear of going right up to the shore if they're ordered to in a bid to support the Famiglia. Same with the Giants.
As for the Famiglia themselves, I foresee them taking one of two routes. Going through the forest itself, to me, is implausible. Were I the enemy commander, I'd not only presume it to be an excellent place for an ambush because of the disadvantage of fighting in it, it would also be treacherous to traverse at speed. The only reason to enter the southern forest would be to attempt a delayed flank attack using overwhelming numbers, so I don't see them trying it.
Instead, we have Red Route and Blue Route. Blue Route is presuming they're trying to arrive as fast as they can, are expecting a distracted enemy, and they just want to arrive as fast as they can and expect little resistance. This would be very dangerous to them if they do it, and depends on the assumption they're either very bold, very hurried, or insist on ignorance of the tactical situation.
If we want to try and influence them to take that course, we should not make it apparent that the fight for the bridge is over, and continue firing weapons when and where we can. If the battlefield suddenly goes silent, it doesn't take a genius to know something's awry.
The red route is the likely route for the more cautious and wary commander, allowing the Famiglia full use of their superior mobility while keeping out of range of most of our weaponry, and letting them see what they're dealing with before bowling right into it. From there, they can properly see and adjust to trying to break through defenses we have. This grants us more time, but also means they'll be more difficult to trap.
If we wanted to prevent them even trying to go through the southern forest, of course, we could set it more on fire than it already is. We have enough flammable materials.
Also, QM, depending on what program you're using, check your global transparency or alpha value, since it seems to not be at 100% it doesn't cause any issues on the pictures posted, but it might be the source of your woes concerning things looking weird in the editor. might have been accidentally adjusted.
