It was not random lol. I hid the answer to that in the Local Lord quest lol.
In fact I actually only got it myself because some other anon literally made and also abandoned a Donbass Ukraine war quest (I think in January?) so well done to whoever that was, that anon grasped the situation before even I was fully convinced, though not sure they got the complete geopolitical implications of it lol. I probably also would not have made the quest as they did.
