You see a few people up and about this morning, headed for Saltcoast City, but most are either veterans or green kids whom you'd just feel like a bully battling.
It's getting on around mid morning before you see two boys and a girl around your age coming up the pack.
The boys have butterfly nets and are chatting animatedly about the latest round of an international Bug Catching contest, while the girl looks... distant.
"Hey, how many badges have you guys got?" One of the boys call as they spot you.
"Two. How about you?" You reply.
"Two as well." The first replies confidently. "Up for a battle?" He asks.
