And thankfully, that isn’t too difficult a task, as when you call up Piccolo to let ‘em know you’re about ready, Mr. Popo arrives with him, Sugoro and Shusugoro there as well. The trio handle gathering up the Dreamstone you all collected, and head off to Melchior’s. Sweet! And so, Piccolo, Haru Haru, and Shun Shun teleport all of you over to the Galactic Patrol station above Z’S. There you’re greeted properly by Merus, who… on the one hand you’ve heard uncle Raditz grumble about the guy being the Patrol’s favorite and a bit of an overachiever before, but on the other hand, there’s an aura about him that feels… different. He’s keeping a friendly smile, but there’s something about him that makes him seem more than capable of backing up his position as a GP favorite.
Well, you can think about that some more later, first thing’s first, “Officer Merus, I’d like to report on not just the good behavior of those under my watch, but also confirm that these three are with me as well. We don’t intend to cause any disturbances to this planet, merely seek guidance from the one that inhabits it.” you say very formally, gesturing first to your gang, and then to Basilea’s group. “Also this is Mr. Piccolo, ally and loyal friend to our planet’s guardian.”
He nods respectfully, then looks at Basilea and the Majins directly. “While we will not have anyone shadow you directly, we will have security drones watching your movements. Princess Izumi has put a lot of faith in your ability to behave yourselves here.” His eyes narrow. “I hope you don’t betray her trust.”
“Or what, pretty-boy? You and the other space cops here gonna try to put us in cuffs?” Shun Shun asks, sticking her tongue out.
Basilea though places a hand on her shoulder, head tilting slightly as she tries to get a read on the guy. “…We don’t intend any form of betrayal. We won’t start anything. But we will finish it if trouble arises.”
He gives a slow nod, then turns to Cheelai and the Para Para brothers. “I am glad to hear that you lot have improved since last you were here. We can discuss any further terms of community service and rehabilitation after this task.”
Cheelai shrugs. “Yeah sure, let’s just get this over with.”
