For the sake of streamlining and fairness we will simply assume everyone who was not healing was watching, since not everyone has/will come back from my vacation.
You have an <span class="mu-s">80%</span> chance to <span class="mu-i">not</span> have a random encounter; 10% for each character who is taking a Watch. Nobody has any Worrystones. On a roll of 9 or 10, there will be a random encounter.
