I'm sure I'll get a pass to some of them since I am the son of their savior. For now, let's just try purifying it with Od. In case we clear a path to Sivir, we'll think about the safest procedure."
Schierke goes back to their settlement to call for Farnese, while you, Casca, Isma and Isidro go their way back to drawing all the possible purifying runes on top of whatever exposed parts of the Sea God you can find.
While Isidro's drawing skills are very poor, you counted on him along with Casca to get better at cleaning up the perimeter from whatever smaller monsters that found their way up to the surface. One could better train their skills and have fun showing off to Isma, while the other could get accustomed to fighting apostle-like monsters on a safer environment with lower risks
Fast and cautious don't go well together, but you had to make sure that all would go well.
Isma made sure to keep you all well fed inside her house. Due to her small kitchen, she wasn't used to feeding so many mouths at once, but it's the thought that counts.
"Don't worry about the food, Isma! The small portions don't matter as long as the food is good."
"Yeah, Vlad's eaten worse." Isidro glares at Farnese, who looks the other way, pretending she doesn't know what he's talking about.
"I've noticed the strong Od readings from a few starfishes and seashells around your house." Farnese ignores the monkey-boy and makes the most out of her unintentional diversion.
"Yeah, my mom told me these would protect dad and I from any danger! It's how we've managed to live down here without the Sea God eating us!"
"And what happened to your father?"
"He passed away four years ago... Last thing he said to me was that my mom would come search for me. Auntie Sivir says she's saved a few merrows in the deep sea when running from the Sea God, but she never had the time to see if any of them were my mom..."
Isma sniffles, trying not to think about the implications of her mother already being devoured, prompting a rare moment of empathy from Isidro.
"Hey, don't cry... Vlad never gave up about finding his mom and he's gotten this far. I'm sure we can find her when this is all over. Ain't that right, Vlad?"
You stand up and smile, not wanting to make any promises when you've barely started working.
>Roll a 2d200. First one is to see how much you can find of The Sea God to purify him, second is to do it without being caught.
