It seemed to TalOS that the mood of the room was slightly sour when it came to the words of Magnus. Was the reason because Jaghatai was cautious about the warp or maybe he distrusts it similar to how TalOS did not place trust in it? As TalOS felt his brother’s soul the Primarch could easily tell that Jaghatai did have some psychic potential within him. So maybe it was the former instead of the later.
It also meant however that TalOS needed to change the mood somehow, “So Jaghatai, how has your experience been with the Crusade? You are quite new to the grand endeavor.”
There was a taste of surprise upon the soul of the Khan as he heard those words from TalOS, “It has been eye opening.” The Khan answered with a sense of surprised caution laced within his voice.
“Our Father’s Crusade is something not seen across the stars for millions of years.” Sanguinius said as he gave a steady, calmed nod, “We, his Primarchs, sometimes cannot understand the full scope of his ambitions across the Galaxy.”
“He has greater ambitions that domination over the Galaxy?” The Khan asked with a brow being raised.
“Of course brother!” Cheered Magnus as he gave a hearty laugh, “Look at his partners and who are here today. We are all here to learn what we can about the Universe to further humanity. I would not say our Father’s objective is domination of the Galaxy, but creating a Galaxy for all of Mankind to rule.”
There was still a hint of skepticism within the eyes of the Khan but he gave a nod to show that he understood the point they were coming from, “There is still much for me to learn.”
“If you have questions, you can always ask me.” Sanguinius spoke as he placed a hand upon his brother’s shoulders, “We are all brothers, with blood being thick we should treat each other as such.”
To those words Jaghatai grew a smile as his senses began to ease themselves, “It is a worthy attempt to try and approach it.”
“Let us begin in earnest then.” TalOS said as he shined a smile towards his brother, “My brothers, today as strike against the Aeldari for the bounty of their knowledge and Maiden Worlds…”
