Alexander Borgius could feel the desire of Domini Borgius running through the manifold and into his mind as he stood idle. The desire to act, to slay, and to demonstrate his superiority above the Navaros was something that always crawled into the mind of the Prince. It took a great deal of might to keep back the valiant machine from charging forth into the fray.
If he was commander he would have been forced to charge into the fray by the Machine Spirit. The desire of striking at the heart of the enemy too great.

Upon those words the world of Fredric went bright as if he was looking at the sun. The hot breeze crawled along the armor of his steed. The earth around his feet began to melt into a loose glass as the heat exceeded even the greater lakes upon Dutonis.
It was the power of a God.
+The Prophet holds immense power, doesn’t he?+ Asked Fredric’s second in command, +I am thankful to Atlas and the Machine God that he never seeked out to punish us.+
Fredric allowed himself a moment's breath before he responded, +We are equals to the Arch Dominus and his kin, Heimer. It is even against their code to engage in frivolous violence with machines if they can avoid it.+
+And we almost broke it and had broken it for thousands of years.+ Heimer shot back with a good bit of spite, +If only those Alexander and his Navaros goons would get the message.+
Fredric could feel his moment of concentration lapse which allowed his mount to rotate the Avenger Gatling Cannon two cycles. He looked towards his fellow’s knight, a Knight Castellan just like his fathers, for a moment.
+Do not speak ill of them Heimer. You are letting Los Imperica mutate your thoughts against our cause. They are our fellows in this Crusade.+
There was a moment’s silence after that. It was not the first time that Fredric had to verbally discipline his men and it would not be the last. He knew that forever more Navaors would be to some extent his enemy. But they can settle those grievances when the galaxy is at peace.
Upon those thoughts another barrage from the God Machine was sent flying into the enemy causing the Shields of the city to flicker and cause a large part of their walls to smolder.
