>>5445537Basically this. Recoome is big, loud, and extremely durable, as shown when he ate the first ‘canon’ (then-unnamed) Final Flash of the show. Vegeta vs Recoome is still a great fight all these years later, and sets him up great for Goku to show off. It’s an old Toriyama formula to build tension and suspense, but when it works it WORKS.
