Previously TalOS would have had a headache or a feeling of immense weakness as Particep Semper teleported. These days the feeling was dissipated and replaced entirely by the presence of the Blackstone upon TalOS’s neck. Such a minor thing was definitely not thought of as a benefit by TalOS’s father but TalOS was thankful for it all the same.
TalOS could feel them below him. The Secutarii, Skitarii, and Acillians who had joined him on the short trip through the void were quickly escaping his feet into the battlefield below him.
These men quickly began to join the already numerous men who had secured the front lines against the Xenos. Such things seemed to be more and more unnecessary as TalOS noticed the Xenos seemed to simply be fortifying their fortress city than coming out for a real fight.
That was good. As the Xenos would not come out there to fight than it meant the Mechicum’s forces would be more than able to amass and fully prepare for the coming assualt.
+Princep TalOS.+ One of the Moderati that TalOS had employed spoke breaking the Primarch’s thoughts, +I am detecting large amount of Psi-Energy that is fluctuating from the enemy’s city. I believe they are attempting some form of high sorcery.+
+Transfer over.+ TalOS ordered the man as the numerous pieces of information was given to him through the manifold.
The Moderati was correct. The Psi-Sensors, blessedly found at the start of the Crusade, had detected two points on the enemy’s city where massive rituals were taking place. TalOS did not need to reach very far back into his memory as he realized what was happening.
+The Xenos are attempting to animate two of their own Titan-Comparable Guardians. We won’t be able to stop them if we advance upon them now.+ TalOS said as the air crackled around him, +Particep Semper will not be facing them alone either.+
The Numerous groups of men underneath TalOS moved as the air once again began to shake and convulse. Moments later reality around Particep Semper began to mold and flake. Seconds later a massive burst of light came forth and immense amounts of wind beckoned the arrival of them.
At the sides of Particep Semper were two Titans that stood roughly to the larger Titan’s gun. One of them clenched its siege claw as electricity crackled around it with fury while the other’s Volcano Cannon glowed with eerie glow.
+Hail, Particep Semper!+ Domi Potens said over the Manifold with a chipperness in his voice, +It is our pleasure to be by your side once again for this War.+
