The Holovid quickly turned from a series of hues, each of them a concept within the mind of the Emperor as he placed his thoughts into the machine he was using. Such thoughts began to focus as he tightened his fist, bringing into focus the image before them.
It was a series of arrows and directions that were indicated throughout the galaxy, which in term made it look closer to a wave instead of a series of arrows. Such was the flow of supplies, a demonstration of the highest concentration of supplies to the places where it was to be expanded.
There were two points upon the map that were shown. The first place was of course Terra, with Mars being marked solely as the source of goods. None within the room were surprised at this fact since the Martians have been the core of the Imperial Logistics Doctrine since the earliest days of the Great Crusade.
The second location, which matched up with what TalOS already knew, was Lucius and its federation.
“As we expand out into new fronts we must make sure our supplies are kept full and without impediment. An army without water is likely to crumble against any foe who wishes to do it harm. Thus, before we determine our fronts, we must realize what fronts we can fight upon.” The Emperor said as he looked towards TalOS, “I give you permission to take control of the conversation, as you are the representative of the Mechanicum.”
“I thank you for this honor, Omnissiah.” While TalOS did not believe in the term, this was currently the official Title of the Emperor given by the Mechanicum. As he was currently a functionary of the Mechanicum those titles will be used, “Do I have permission to take control of the Machine Spirit?”
“Permission granted.” Declared the Emperor of Mankind as he settled himself in his seat.
As TalOS snared control of the systems he glanced around the room at his audience. They were looking at him closely in either interest or a subtle amount of anger. Such Anger was from Fulgrim and Horus.
TalOS expected Fulgrim to have issues with him being the first to be elected to talk. Horus however was one that TalOS thought had little issue. Maybe just like Fulgrim, Horus had an Ego. When TalOS’s eyes glanced upon the statue of Horus saving their Father the matter was soon obvious.
Envy was a powerful emotion. Even if one has everything in the world they will always want more from others.
