He dashes out of hiding in a manner that draws less attention from where he was first, sprinting towards the two guards with breakneck speed, holding his trusty pouch of Bright Powder in his mouth. It's been one of his favorite tricks so far, and he thinks it's time to bring it out again.
He grabs the pouch, "Hi!" and tosses it in a wide spread towards the guards, up close and personal.
