The taste of the B33R sadly did not contain the same experiences that was within the Corpse Starch that was provided to him earlier. Where he was saddened by that, he enjoyed that this meal actually had a reasonable taste to it.
The first thing you experienced was the chemical cocktail that formed the basis of the alcohol. It was not in fact alcohol, Guilliman knew, for the chemical tang was very different. There were mixes of water and carbon that were much stronger and needed that stronger gut to wrench free the materials from it. Add the amount of energy he was getting out of it and Guilliman realized that this must be how humans experienced their energy drinks. Yes, the sheer amount of calories that TalOS put into this were enough for an entire day’s work.
As for its effects on the mind, they were minor. Even with the sheer amount of industrial capacity that Guilliman could experience and all it did was cause a slight buzz of conscious dissonance in him.
At that moment he decided that he was fine being immune to alcohol. The idea that something so small could cause him to be easily swayed was a fear that quickly came into his mind. Such a fear he knew was drilled into him by his father, Konor.
As he placed the drink down the two of them looked over the text once more. The ratios and understandings within this document holding bounds of what was to be acceptable within their transactions in the future. As there will be a higher authority in the form of Malcador, this document will be binding for all intents and purposes.
“A full day’s work has been accomplished.” Declared TalOS as he happily slid the document into a folder that Guilliman had produced, “I will have my own copy for prosperity's sake, this will be the first step of our interactions as fellow regions.”
“Yes, TalOS, this is the first step towards a greater future for mankind.” Guilliman answered as he took a small sip.
“Then we shall dedicate a drink to Mankind, for all of its virtues and divine right to rulership.” His brother declared as he raised his glass like a tavern goer.
It was odd seeing a Primarch do it but Guilliman did not feel a need to not commit, “To mankind’s right to rule and its virtues.”
With a clank of the containers they drank.
