>>5851257Thank you very much for playing! I ended the quest because I think 3/4 players dropped out unfortunately hehe, not just because of the image limit. I was hoping for a bit more coordination amongst players but it is difficult to organise interactions or faction agreements though with varying timezones. For instance I was wondering if any heroic players would attempt the noblebright quest Return Scarlett To Her Home Planet / Reunite Scarlett With Her Grieving Mother hehe:
>>5823274 >>5824686So at Tyndareus, and also at the mysterious massive Eoarchaean ship at Sextans, I had planned for a hidden theme of Finding The Location Of Earth. There was going to be a reveal at the end where it turns out Earth was never destroyed - it is still out there, all pristine and uninhabited, reclaimed by Nature etc. I thought it would be a bit different from the standard sci-fi thing of interstellar expansion / exosolar conquest etc if it became about abandoning the stars and returning back to Earth (though this actually has been done before, Asimov Foundation's Edge ends with this, though in his story Earth is a grim radioactive wasteland). The shattered planet might have been a myth created by the Isonomy to maintain their interstellar dominion etc. and to keep worlds primitive and separated. There might also have been some more clues if the player anon chose to give the scientific speech on the Eoarchaean era etc.
