>>5393785>>5393786Alright then, always nice to have some feedback.
I think I'll just separate the remainder of the arc then. One's going to be tackling the more character focused adventures, the other half will be the unga bunga blood and carnage that's faster and usually more fun to write and play with. Works as a good two-parter if you will.
Vlad's progression is slow and steady, but it's definitely being more noticeable the more we grow and observe just how much his interactions have grown in relevance towards the story.
>Golden age: Mild changes, still somewhat irrelevant to the bigger picture, skimmed over the eclipse thanks to the silver eye's backstory, deadly wound was a poke to the lung.>Conviction: Skimmed over lost children to solo two apostles around the strength of Rosine's. Gravely wounded after being tortured by Farnese and mind hacked by Slan, still managed to fight the wave of Darkness and save the army to recruit them into his own.>Flowers of Oblivion: Early heal on Casca, remaining somewhat unscathed, gaining reputation throughout the land.>Spirit tree arc: Improved and expanded on the crew's strengths to have relative ease in fighting the trolls. Takes center stage during the fight with the apostle army, fights toe to toe with Berserker Armor Guts and kills one of Griffith's strongest captains. It's all been slowly building up to this, even if the new Berserk chapters change the events of the story into something else. The point of diversion will be met long before we reach the current story, so we'll have no problem continuing from there as changing it up was always the plan.
I'll think of a few epilogue options to add tomorrow, given how there are plenty of people to write in different perspectives I'll have lotsa fun during epilogue week.
