Quoted By:
I used my psychic power to cloak myself, as well as Shennu, Wolfboy and Jenk, making us all invisible to the mortals and Immortals of Belkinsire alike. We strolled through the streets, chock full of protesters and the constabulary attempting to keep order throughout it all.
I had no idea what the root of this conflict was, so, ushering my fellow divinities to a rooftop, I snagged and examined a newspaper of what was in vogue around here for study, and together we examined it.
[JENK] "Ah yes, the Oneiromancy program. That's why they call him the "Dreaming God"..."
'What exactly does it entail? I know he apparently seeks the future, according to the intel Hale gave me.'
[JENK] "This College has been home to many tragedies in the past, but I couldn't say for sure... However, I'm not privy to what caused Belkinsire's current state, or what's gone on with the Oneiromancy program here. I don't come to Belkinsire often... last time I visited was over seven hundred years ago."
[SHENNU] "It would appear the Magic God is indisposed from the rest of his dominion because of it... and, 'mercy killing'... 'dormant god'... I fear Eskart may have done something to himself that has not ended how he expected..."
[JENK] "And the fact they eve propose killing him in the first place as a way to solve this problem... though I'm not sure they can kill a god. Unless he's taught them some method himself..."
'Arcanoactinic Process...'
[SHENNU] "It seems there may be a rogue element even within his own inner circle..."
[JENK] "We should seek all the sides of the story we can first of all before we attempt to meet the Magic God... or, well, find him. I suspect this college will not so easily allow us."
I need clues, and there's places to go to in Belkinsire.
>The Mayor. I need to know his handle in this situation and outlook, he would likely provide a greater insight into these politics.
>The Shamans. If I can arrange a meeting with them somehow, I can discover what has become of the Oneiromancy program.
>The general public. I can see what the supporters of Eskart in the streets can give me by visiting the Order of the Hospital of the Mystic Circumferens.
>The College Apprenticeships. Sophomores and students who align with the Shaman Goessioto will have strong opinions on what it means to "divide" Eskart for their sake.
