>>5311998>>5312002>>5312004Serpico will not die today, and neither will you, or anyone on your team! You're the damn leader, show some confidence! Show that you will bend over backwards if it means getting this victory over this monster of monsters!
"Farnese, just so you know... Whatever happens... If we live through today... I'll make sure your first kiss will be your best." You pass the thought to your lover as she jolts into the circle. The encouragement might not do much in such a chaotic encounter, but she should know that you're proud of her.
"STOOOOP!" Farnese shrieks as the magic electrocuted Zodd, stiffening his body as his gigantic arm shrunk into a more tolerable size. He still makes Guts look like a midget in comparison, but the weight difference is enough for you to save Serpico, pushing the minotaur's arm upwards and ripping it off as it got stuck on the spikes of your lance.
Making one more pull and regaining your footing, you pull at the exposed arteries on Zodd's shoulder and finally release, falling on your knees as the weight of his arm toppled on top of you.
"UNBELIEVABLE! HOW COULD A DEAD MAN STANDING DISPLAY SUCH STRENGTH IN HIS BLOWS!?" Zodd covered the whole on his shoulder with his hand, as you saw an opportunity to trash talk.
"I'll take that as being impressed by my competences. Perhaps I've lied a bit by saying strategizing is my best ability... Just like you lied when you said Guts was the only human capable of measuring up to you... Tell me, how many earworms have ripped your arms out before?"
Angrily roaring at you, Zodd finally takes you seriously as he assumed you were the one who took his arm off, not seeing Farnese fainting behind him. His headbutt is probably enough to send you flying back to ground floor if he hits you, you have ample time to dodge, but the cramping of your legs impedes your leaps.
Death stares at you through Zodd, the immortal. And as you embrace mortality, you can only wonder for how many years you'll last in his mind.
You got into his head, and that's enough to laugh at him as he charges.
