The eye of Tee-Nee-Tyny was the first to look towards her and for once in his experience with the Skink it looked in a sense hostile. A sharp slip was razor focused on the elf who had just walked to them, “Ancient one, it is foolish to have even mentioned them.”
“Am I?” She asked as she appeared before them, “Or are you too scared to use all the tools that are at your hands?”
Lucian could see that Bok was taking to the temperment of his master, giving a nasty guttural growl all while lowering himself to the ground. If Lucian had to guess he was looking to take the elf into his mouth and twist her fast enough to send limbs flying across the landscape.
“We will not have fighting between either of you.” Lucian said as he stepped between the three of them, “Shellalli, it is a pleasure to see you once again but to antagonize one of my comrades is not something you should do as a first introduction.”
“I could not help but overhear what you all were speaking of and wanted to mention what I knew. If I did nothing then it might be months before you leave Albion, or even die facing the monster that the Sea God has brought to these lands.” The Elf said, “So, Child, will you allow us?”
“There will be no discussion.” The Skink said firmly while cutting the air with his hand.
“The Paths of the Old Ones would allow us to travel to the lands of man within days.” She said simply, “When facing chaos it is time that you mainly fight. I was confused why you did not use them when they led all over?”
“The Paths are not used so that Chaos does not learn of the secret.” Spoke Tee-Nee-Tyny, “Even this one, who carries knowledge of their traversal, knows that giving the ancient foe such tools would damn us.”
