“You want this? Huh?” You escape this psycho woman’s grip then step away from her. “Go and find it!”
You pretend to throw the Treasure Chest away by spinning around a bit like a professional athlete would before letting go. But in truth, at the final twirl – when your body obscured the chest for the most part from this bitch’s point of view – you turned it invisible with Philonune’s powers! Most of the people here bought it as far as you can tell like all the silly dogs you’ve seen! But skepticism remains on the main subject…
“It never left your hands!!!” Gainsbourg glares back at you after being deceived by your feint for a moment. “What kind of trick did you pull?! EXPLAIN YOURSELF.”
“Trick? I threw it away!” You show that there’s nothing in your hands! “How stupid can you be, lady?” You start doing your family dance to mock her! Chest on both hands!
“NO! You’re NOT going to deceive ME.” This bitch wants to slit your throat.
“Let’s ask the others! Is the Treasure in my hands?” You continue your smooth moves as you ask.
“Please, don’t drag us into this…” Tonu fears for his education.
“Nah, I see nothing.” Ursula is the first one to go along with you.
“Me neither!” Amelia shakes her head rapidly.
“Your hands are empty.” Door guy agrees with the rest of the Book Club.
“Ms. Gainsbourg, you’re becoming senile. How delightful! Hahahaha!” Nariko laughs to her heart’s content. “Tell us! Please! Where is the treasure?”
“You ROTTEN CHILDREN, tell me WHERE HE HID IT. It cannot disappear from thin air.” Gainsbourg will pop a vein any second now as she encircles you to find any hint of the treasure chest. “LIES! ALL LIES. IT’S MINE! I’M THE RIGHTFUL OWNER! I HAVE SACRIFICED SO MUCH! SO MUCH FOR THIS! Give it to me! GIVE IT TO ME!” She stomps the ground with her hurt ankle. Then she stops… “You deprived miscreants are NOT going to get away with this.” She sorts her appearance as she pretends she’s regaining her composure. In reality, she’s twitching from the anger alone. With her phone in her hands, she makes a call… “Bring them. BRING THEM HERE.”
“W-Who are you calling, principal Gainsbourg…?” Tonu meekly asks.
“Call WHO? I don’t have a PHONE IN MY HANDS.” Gainsbourg has lost it…
And the only one enjoying this show is Nariko.
