You move ever closer to checkmating him as your allies keep badgering him with questions. The Admiral is slowly getting annoyed at the constant chattering but he grits his teeth for now.
<span class="mu-s">"It's more fun that way. I would wipe your City off the map if I wanted to. But without any pieces to play with, what's the point?"</span> He tries to capture your queen. But alas, you planned this, so you make sure to position it in such a way where he would expose his defenses if he tried to. <span class="mu-s">"Though, I rather not force too much attention from the City onto me. I am only one man versus a City far, far larger than the largest country I lived in. It's a pragmatic choice.</span>"
You have him backed into a corner and it's clear he's not enjoying the idea of losing 2-0.
Lex butts in with another question as you begin to move your pieces to go in for the ultimate kill. ""So how far does this sea go? It shouldn't be an infinite one if the planet we're on has limits."
<span class="mu-s">"It's just a nickname since there's hardly anything around. It stretches on for ten thousand miles until you eventually hit the...Wastes"</span> The Admiral's voice begins to trail off. <<span class="mu-b">"Nicole. Are you listening?"</span>>
>34!
You flinch. That's enough for him to instantly spring into action, grabbing onto your antlers. He's staring down at you with a smirk that has no joy to it. It's hardly what you would call a smile. His teeth are barred like a wild chimpanzee's. <span class="mu-s">"I gotcha. You son of a bitch. I can appreciate a good cheat. I'm not going to deny that you almost got me there."</span>
His grip is like iron. No matter how much you try moving your head, his hands refuse to budge.
"GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS OFF HER!" Lex rushes in and throws a punch right at the Admiral's face. His spiked brass knuckles bounce right off of the Admiral, barely leaving a small scratch and a few sparks of anomalous energy crackling on his face. The Admiral scoffs at the poor attempt.
Ashley raises up her baseball bat and smashes it right onto the Admiral's head. Again, it bounces off without leaving so much as a bruise on him. She stumbles back, raising her baseball bat up in case he moves to attack her.
Benedict and Adam, seeing that the other two attacks didn't do jack shit to him, wisely decide to not bother and to make as much distance from the Admiral as possible. The only one standing at the table is you, the Admiral, and the Captain. Captain Abraham is looking away from what's going on, not wanting to see what happens next.
<span class="mu-s">"Did we get everything out of our systems, gentlemen? Excellent. Now. Nicole. I'm counting this match as a win to me since you unfairly cheated. In my infinite kindness, I shall let you choose how I punish you."</span> His grip tightens around your antlers.
<span class="mu-s">"One. I snap these off. Right here. Right now. They'll grow back."</span>
<span class="mu-s">"Two. You owe me a favor. That is all."</span>
<span class="mu-s">"Three, you offer me something worthy enough for me to 'forget' this slight."</span>
