You spend the next few thousand years in quiet living- it's peaceful, but perhaps a bit boring. Your dragon girl becomes your dragon wife, and you settle into a nice home life. You farm cosmic energies for sustenance, check in on your friends and realtivies through moonlit pools, and contemplate higher dimensions.
Your cosmic chi seems to have a symbiotic effect on your cosmic-mind cultivation. You can better feel and move through cosmic thought easier, and the powers of your cosmic mind grow. Beyond basic psychic abilities, many forms of your Doaist magic are boosted in strength. You learn to draw fractal talsimans and runes with enhanced abilities, and find your ability to create and manipulate magic items improves as well.
You are now a Late Stage Cosmic Mind Immortal!
While your newfound improvements make you feel accomplished, there is something else here too. There is a nagging sensation of potential loss and inhumanity ahead- it is much the same as when you were a half step to immortality. The sudden realization you will outlive everyone you ever knew, and the world would be fundamentally changed in your perspective forever. You are experienced something similar again. When you look into the eyes of your dragon wife, or look out into the beauty of the world, you no longer see them as they are; you see the patterns and cosmic energies- fundamental concepts of time and mass and dimensions. You have the feeling that if you complete the Cosmic Mind Immortal stage and move beyond, you will fundamentally never be the same again. Perhaps if not physically, certainly not mentally.
What should you do?
>Reassure your friends, family, and lovers you will still be here
>Decide NOT to cultivate beyond the peak of the cosmic mind immortal stage, and retain some of your rationality
>Put all your energy into ascension- there is no limit to cultivation!
