>>5556715By the time the evening hour hits, you're just already partway through the sand-coated roads splitting the desert at the base of the mountains in half. The weather has started to take a turn for the worse, however, with dark clouds hanging overhead and the wind starting to pick up. Sand is beginning to kick up, and visibility is rapidly reducing by the minute.
Harum has no choice but to pull over on the side of the road. "I don't know that we're going to be able to make it through this sandstorm if it gets any worse than this! We're going to have to find some shelter and tough it out!" Harum explains, a look of worry on his face. It does indeed bode ill for the journey to start out like this.
>You have a few minutes, see if you can spot any buildings nearby! It'll be a surefire way to beat the storm if they allow you in.>You opted to find some natural shelter, hoping to find a cave or rocky outcrop that might protect from the sand.>You tried to make your own shelter, using some of the supplies from the truck and sticking close by. You don't want anything to happen to Harum's truck just because you all had to leave it for a few hours, after all.
