https://www.karlfitzgeraldart.com/scroll down for the Yucatan boardgame (have not played it) which looks like amazing Mayan wh40k. The Mayan and Aztec mythologies are incredible, they possessed a different yet rich cosmogony of the world (eg how they viewed skulls).
But then again as mentioned I try to make every game setting unique and different. It is hard to get the voice and aesthetics of the setting right and maintain it when you do not understand the languages, so I do fall back irresistably often onto some shameful dungeonpunk mash-together.
