I don't know if this is what the anon deliberately intended but it also made me very happy yay. This might be a bit too hardcore in terms of gamebook and fantasy rpg lore though hehe.
That Heroquest book (it is a combined novel and gamebook) also has some very obscure archaic vocabulary, I was actually quite surprised at the literary erudtion of some of the words (strepitant? creance? pipistrelle? transom?) lol
