Better not take any risk.
You began to search for particular shapes in this sea of green, be them beautiful flowers with delectable roots, wild fruits and berries, or even seasoning weeds. It took you a bit, but in the end you found a patch of cassava. Usually toxic, you need to boil them a few times to remove all the bad stuff from them and then you can fry them, squash them into puree or serve them after a second or third boiling. The fact that they were growing in the wild here with no supervision whatsoever makes you think the land here is absurdly fertile…

You shelve those thoughts as you collect a few of them-Still you spend some time finding and collecting them, using the tall grass to wrap them up and carry them on your back, and now you got both hands occupied holding them in place.
