“We need to track down the Warlord.” Lucian declared as he pointed towards the numerous ruin-like houses scattered about them, “Somewhere among these hordes is the rat that was preparing the invasion against Bastonne. If we do not kill it first then they will just rebuild.”
“Terror is to be struck into Vermin.” Tee-Nee said as Bok walked towards Lucian, “However their absolute destruction must be assured. It does not matter which of the vermine survive or die, for each that lives brings the risk of reconstruction with the vermin.”
“Uh huh.” Wigmar said as he stepped forward as well, “I… would like us to kill as many of the rats as we can. After all once we have murdered all of them then we are one step closer to my Family’s relic.”
“If we kill their Warlord, then the destruction of their home will come swiftly after.” Lucian claimed as he pointed above his head, “Above, on the grounds above our heads, is one of the greatest Fortresses in all of Bretonnia. If we cause Chaos among the Skaven it will give the Duke enough time to bring an army down here and subjugate the rats.”
“Will they even bother coming down here?” The Imperial questioned, “Your Duke has already fought a war against the Greenskin and you expect him to fight another war against the Skaven now?”
“Well, if we kill the Raki’s leader, then it won’t be too hard.” Adok said as he presented the option, “I’ve seen a couple battles against these rats. Its hard to kill their leaders but if we succeed then the rats will just start eachother. Ain’t I right, Tyny?”
“Vermin are traitorous among both others and themselves.” Declared the Lizardman in words that held the certainty of a god in their weight, “Warmbloods are right. Tee-Nee-Tyny wishes to kill as many as he can, but to sacrifice the heart of the leader to Sotek would bring them into ruin all the same.”
“Who knows, if they fall into civil war, they won’t even follow us up.” Adok laughed.
“I see… then we can go.” Adolf’s tune changed as he focused on both Adok and Lucian.
He suspected something was there for the pair had a completely reasonable plan beforehand. For the Dwarf, who was clearly in support of the plan, to change tune quickly was unnatural for his kind. Lucian wondered if he was understanding the two of them knew more than they were letting on.
