Before you is a new model machine minion nearly twice your size. Some sort of armored fighter, this time clad in large, bulky metal plates. Instead of the slow, lumbering gait, you might have expected, it quickly rushed forwards, keeping pace with its common brethren. You don't have time for this. Every second spent here is another second the machines can use against you. Fortunately, when speed is the game, Kamen Rider is invincible.
Giving a quick hand sign to Beta, you share a nod together, then you take the lead for this dance. When it comes to speed, what else can a Rider do but call for his cycle? Snapping your fingers, you hear it before you see it, the grinding of the Hopper's engine closes behind you as it swoops down from where it was holding. Timing it perfectly, you perform a backflip, seamlessly landing in the seat as the Hopper hurtles past, extending your arm for Beta to latch onto as well.
Accelerating with all the power it can muster, the Hopper dashes forward, then you catapult Beta forwards. With a flying spin-kick he descends upon the armored machine combatant, only to crash into its armor. Just as you thought, it's faster than it looks. It quickly regains its footing and tries to bring down a large laser-axe onto Beta's head. Displaying an impressive show of acrobatics, Beta manages to get out of the way, opening it up for you. As you descend upon it, you shoot your leg out, aiming for the head.
Disappointingly, you don't do much damage. Some sort of energy fed through the armor provides added resistance, seemingly repelling your fist. Your attack merely scratched the armor. Recoiling from the attack it readies its weapon, a large forearm-mounted laser-axe, buzzes through the air as the large energy blade passes through your shadow. The next few moments proceed more or less the same as you burn energized trails into the air driving back and forth, hitting it at blinding speeds.
While its attention is on you, Beta flips high into the air, twisting himself at the peak, landing right behind the armored minion. The sound of metal pounding on metal echoes out as Beta unleashes a flurry of kicks, into the backs of its knees, forcing it into place and staggering it. You can't afford to waste time here, if it has to come down to a speedy finish, then you have the perfect move.
"Rider Slash!"
Holding your palm straight out, you charge it with a radiant aura of energy, etching a trail of light in your wake as you cleave into the armored machine. Your hand hangs for a moment, with one last burst of force from you, your hand pushes through, bisecting the large figure in half. As your hand emerges you blaze past, leaving behind a burning wreck behind as its core explodes.
"Your newest model? Next time, don't bother, Zero!" You shout triumphantly into the air. You're all but certain that Ark-Zero is watching from somewhere. The sooner it realizes its efforts are for nothing, the better.
