>>5160953>>5160981>>5161036Time was slipping away, even if your conversation wasn't the most in depth or heart to heart. Just chatting a little helped ease the habit into existence. "We better suit up. I'm still feeling a little off, could you help me put on a heavy suit?" You ask, the other pilots are still a way aways. You can make out the Gamma bros and exchange a quick wave. "Wow, Are you that much of an invalid?" Kat hissed, grabbing you by the hand and hauling you towards the lockers without further pleading. It was a little hard to keep up, but she didn't let you slow down. Inside she grabbed her own dive suit. "You better not peek!" She admonishes you with a wink then moves slipping into a changing room to pull it on. In your state you did the best you could. Changing into the loose under suit, you were in the act of slotting the density padding into place when she reappears.
She lets out a whistle, you have littered the parts all around. She picked up a piece and began slotting it into place and tightening it until it held. "So your cousin… What kind of guy is he exactly? I didn't talk to him that much. Is there anything I should know?" The words produced the typical response from the young woman. But with a huff and knocking a plate into place a little too hard she spoke. "Well he almost died a few times when he was little. Drowning, falling down some stairs and that sort of stuff. He has been strange ever since… He doesn't view things the way we do, he is always looking for more. I can't explain it well… but he's still a creature of the crown. I wouldn't underestimate or trust him if I was you." She spoke low, tightening you up further as the suit began to take shape.
You nod sullenly, thinking over the girl's broody words. Then Alexander and Anthony arrive. Katerina fell quite and cold, distant to the others. You mention the club and the boys begin to joke about all the pictures. That had piqued the girl's interest but she said nothing until they went to change. "You never said anything about pictures! I want to see them." You shrug, working quickly to get the last few pieces in place. You felt a good bit heavier than normal, each step feeling hefty. "Looking good!" She teases, tapping your helmet visor with her knuckles. Heading back out the girl kept trying to trip you, kicking you back leg almost every time you took a step. "I didn't expect you to have a girlfriend so soon. You seemed like the quiet, love 'em and leave 'em type to me. A real heartthrob." The voice was familiar, it wasn't wormy.
