>"Do you know how the Trinity managed to turn Yongesia to their ways?"
[KEI] "Well, besides the threat of force and ruling through fear? Everyone knows the story of how Scheiracht, Blade of Blades, defeated the entire continent in the past. Singlehandedly, he slaughtered every general, every swordsman, every warrior and kami that stood in his way. I guess that sort of makes him a godkiller too, just like the Despair Manifest..."
[KEI] "You must understand, when Yongesia's might was shattered, and they had nothing left, they could only turn to Heaven. Ever since then, they've been loyal servants of the Emperor. They like to spin those stories in a light that paints the Emperor and his Kingdom as all innocent... and Yongesians of the past as aggressors and conquerors. Hah. Hardly. These islands of this continent were content to stay here engaging in feudalism. The Kingdom was the pesterer, and push came to shove. But it backfired for Yongesia, massively."
Another instance of the Emperor's dominative control over Hainei then...
>"What do you know about NEGAI?"
[KEI] "Mm? NEGAI? Oh. You mean the Machine God. Yeah, don't know much about it. All I know was that it attacked Shengesia and Siegesia some thousand years ago. Yongesia was mostly spared of whatever troubles those were."
'I see.'
[KEI] "Well, the hour runs late, and I want to find a place to eat this in peace. I must go now."
Setting himself down on his feet and catching a bowl, Kei pick his cane up.
'Thanks for your time.'
[KEI] "Hm. No problem. You ever desire more luck, or just want to talk and pass the time, you'll find me. I never leave Yongesia. This is my home."
He began walking off then, and I did too, turning around the other way.
( GODTALK OVER )

(The Poverty God known as Kei seems like an alright person. His Kegare composition is worrisome, but he seems to mitigate it by cleaning it up through his kami nature. I should take good care not to offend him in the future if I ever come back for more luck. I feel good things to come from the luck he provides.)
