>>5199527>"I think we should get on target practice.”“Agreed,” Miho nods. “It’s been a while since we’ve fought any Russian tanks, so people might be rusty. You get on that, and I’ll arrange a quick refresher from Yukari.”
“Sure thing boss,” you reply. “You need Azusa for anything?”
“She’s all yours,” Miho replies. You jerk your head towards the door, and Azusa follows.
“What are we going to be doing, Commander?” Azusa asks as she jogs over to you.
“We’re going to go through the targets the art club made for us,” you explain. The two of you make your way to the storage area at the back where they’ve all been piled.
The two of you sort through them. Without any instructions, the art club has created a bit of everything, and after some digging, you’re able to find plenty of T-34s and various ISs ready made. After that, it’s a simple matter of strapping them to the back of one of the Carro Veloces and heading out to set them up on the range. It’s a quick job between the two of you, and by the time you finish, the first of your teammates are rumbling out to get practicing.
It goes well. Occasionally you hear Yukari call out a correction or not a weak point on the tanks, but for the most part everyone seems to know what they’re doing. The massive bullseyes painted on the targets seems to help in that regard.
>See how it’s going with the museums. At lunch, you find the history club in the cafeteria again.
“Hey girls, any updates?” You ask as you take a seat with them.
“The British Museum and Yūshūkan want to meet this weekend,” Oryou says. “The Kure Maritime Museum also expressed interest, same sorta message as the British Museum.”
