Being the first legion to deploy Jetbikes en masse is certainly something he would be very happy with. Even if Khan will eventually take the concept to greater heights and maybe even surprise him with his engine tweaks for speed even he couldn't dream of, its the fact that we were the first and thus most equipped to make this happen.
