I feel like the only time I <span class="mu-i">would</span> outright deny something is if voters are actively trying to end the quest out of spite or something. Or if you try to do something that is blatantly impossible (sadly, this does not include smooching an anomaly or robot.)
Small heads up. I have a Christmas party to attend to tomorrow so the next update might take a bit longer to arrive. I'll call the vote in a few hours (6 to 8) and put up the follow up vote. I'll try to update when I get home after the Christmas party. Pops invited me to it and I can't really decline it.
